- To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.
- Sale items, earrings (for hygiene reasons), and customized pieces are final sale.

4. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.

- We’ll send a replacement or offer a refund at no extra cost.
